She began her legal career in a high volume law firm representing injured workers before the Ohio Industrial Commission and Social Security Administration. She continued fighting for injured workers and disabled individuals in private practice for 20 years. During that time, she represented injured workers at all levels of the Industrial Commission as well as the Courts of Common Pleas and Courts of Appeal in Ohio. She also represented individuals seeking disability benefits from Social Security and other private disability or governmental agencies. Denise is looking forward to continuing to work hard on behalf of injured workers and disabled individuals at Fox & Fox.
