Virginia “Ginger” Fox graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2006 with a degree in English Literature and a minor in Women’s Studies. Her studies focused on literature, writing and activism. She received her law degree from the Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2012 and was admitted to practice law in Ohio later that year. Ginger is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Clermont County Bar Association, the Ohio Association for Justice and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives.
Ginger has worked for Fox & Fox since 2006, gaining exposure to all areas of the practice and all positions at the firm. Ginger developed a passion for Social Security Disability while still in law school and presently oversees the Social Security area of the practice. Ginger is focused on providing individual attention to Social Security claimants while guiding them through the application and appeal’s process.
